By focusing on businesses of less than 20 computer, we can better serve the needs of individuals. Asa Jay Incorporated can work as your outsourced IT department; checking up on your business as necessary to provide optimum support. When you outgrow our services, we can help recommend someone else to help.

What we do:

• Servicing small businesses of 20 or fewer employees/computers
• Linux & Windows
• Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
• Virus cleaning*
• Ad-ware & Spyware cleaning*
• Small Business Networking setup and assistance
• Wireless Networking setup and assistance
• Peripheral assistance (Printers, scanners, etc.)
• Contracted IT services on a renewable basis

How we do it:

• You call us at (509)998-4547 or email us to talk with us, or make an appointment for service.
• We come to your business location and talk with you about available services.
• You fill out a questionnaire with information about your present systems and desired services.
• We will evaluate your needs and our abilities to provide the requested services.
• If for repairs, we will attempt repairs and help you understand what we are doing to fix it.
• If repairs are successful, you will be given a detailed billing.
• If repairs are not successful, we will further discuss options available to your business.

What it Costs:

• $60.00 Initial Consultation - Minimum, does not include any computer service (one hour)
• $75.00 Initial Service- Minimum fee (covers up to one hour)**
• $65.00 Per Hour, after the first hour. (billed in 1/2 hour increments)
• $5.00 Malware Lookup fee*** (per instance)
• Specialized on-going service contracts available.

* Note: Removal of Viruses, Ad-ware and Spyware can be difficult and time consuming. In some cases it may be necessary to remove your computer to our offices in order to completely clean your system.

** If initial hour of consultation at $50.00 turns into a service call during the same hour, the $75.00 fee will be charged instead. You will -not- be charged both fees for the same hour.

*** Applies to malicious viruses, spyware, trojans and other malware that is difficult to remove. Per instance refers to each separate malware identification that is researched.
